The location was seriously amazing! it was super close to the station. the variety of free amenities was so nice. It was very helpful.
the bed wasn't great. i couldn't sleep well because the pillows were either too soft or too hard! the sheet had a couple of red stains on it, twice.

the location is amazing! it's a short walk from the train station and i could easily find it. the staff at the counter were super friendly and made check-in so easy. they even held my luggage, because i arrived early, so i could start exploring right away!
The japanese breakfast was a bit disappointing though. compared to other places, it seemed like something was missing. I thought it lacked some key dishes. plus, the taste wasn't quite authentic. I think maybe a vietnamese eatery prepared it.

i found the location convenient with direct access to the subway and porta dining area. it was really nice to access the yodobashi building for electronics and cheaper supermarket options. i also appreciated the professional staff and very clean rooms. this hotel is definitely the higher-end one with the premier name, so i felt i got good value.
the hotel only provided one bottle of water per person per night. any extra water was subject to charges, which i found slightly inconvenient.

The staff demonstrated helpfulness, i appreciated their assistance with various inquiries. The team was always attentive and ready to assist guests, i felt very supported. the reception area was clean and well-organized. this contributed to a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options, including both western and japanese dishes. I noted several fresh fruit selections and a wide array of pastries, i appreciated the quality. the restaurant staff maintained a clean and well-stocked dining area.

the room included many extra necessities, i had ample storage space for luggage and personal items. the bathroom was well-appointed with a separate shower and bath, i loved it. the room had tea and coffee supplies available.
