Really good Hotel Experience
train station friendly staff
The hotel is a short walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I found the variety of free amenities (including the kids amenity bag) very nice. I appreciated that the location was close to areas I was visiting.
The hotel policy states that they do not make up your room after 1:30 PM. This meant that if I left the hotel after that time, my room would not be serviced for the day. This came as a surprise and was somewhat inconvenient.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Encountered
poor food quality early announcement
The breakfast was quite disappointing. The food selection seemed limited, and the quality did not meet expectations. I noticed the coffee machine needed better maintenance. The staff announced the end of breakfast 15 minutes early. I have never experienced that before in a hotel of this level. This early announcement disrupted the meal.

blood stains unhelpful staff
the location is quite convenient. it is near the train station.
the room had several stains on the bed frame (i took pictures). i showed the staff the photo, but they only apologized. they didn't offer to clean the stains or change the room. (i thought that was unacceptable)

easy transportation spacious room
The location was near the train station. This made transportation very easy. The hotel also provides an underground passage to the train station for access during rainy weather. My room was quite spacious and very comfortable.
The breakfast options were limited, lacking variety .

easy check-in friendly staff key dishes vietnamese eatery
the location is amazing! it's a short walk from the train station and i could easily find it. the staff at the counter were super friendly and made check-in so easy. they even held my luggage, because i arrived early, so i could start exploring right away!
The japanese breakfast was a bit disappointing though. compared to other places, it was like something was missing. I thought it lacked some key dishes. plus, the taste wasn't quite authentic. I think maybe a vietnamese eatery prepared it.

excellent access to transit and shopping
direct access cheaper supermarket clean rooms
i found the location convenient with direct access to the subway and porta dining area. it was really nice to access the yodobashi building for electronics and cheaper supermarket options. i also appreciated the professional staff and very clean rooms. this hotel is definitely the higher-end one with the premier name, so i felt i got good value.
the hotel only provided one bottle of water per person per night. any extra water was subject to charges, which i found slightly inconvenient.

The staff demonstrated helpfulness, i appreciated their assistance with various inquiries. The team was always attentive and ready to assist guests, i felt very supported. the reception area was clean and well-organized. this contributed to a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options, including both western and japanese dishes. I noted several fresh fruit selections and a wide array of pastries, i appreciated the quality. the restaurant staff maintained a clean and well-stocked dining area.

the room included many extra necessities, i had ample storage space for luggage and personal items. the bathroom was well-appointed with a separate shower and bath, i loved it. the room had tea and coffee supplies available.
